摘要: Blood travels throughout the body in an extensive network of vessels – arteries, veins and capillaries. This vascular is not static, but instead dynamically remodels response to stimuli from cells nearby tissue. In particular, smallest arterioles, venules capillaries can be extended, expanded or pruned, exercise, ischaemic events, pharmacological interventions, other physiological pathophysiological events. this review, we describe multi-step morphogenic process angiogenesis sprouting new blood stability networks vivo. review known interactions between endothelial various plasma components they convey. We progress that has been made applying computational modelling, quantitative biology high-throughput experimentation process.
