摘要: ZrO2:Eu3+ nanocrystals ranging from 17 to 43 nm were prepared by the facile precipitation method with a hydrothermal process. The crystallite size was strongly influenced solvent composition and enhanced presence of surfactant. use ethanol combined surfactant stabilizes 50 wt% monoclinic phase, while water only results in 100 tetragonal phase. 80% nanobelts obtained preparing sample as self-assembly nanoparticles. photoluminescence emission peak centered at 606 dominates band for nanobelts, nanoparticles it is dominated 612 nm. Such differences explained terms site symmetry occupying Eu3+ host that turn depends on crystalline Changes intensity ratio I(612 nm)/I(606 nm) proposed tool analyzing changes monoclinic/tetragonal phase composition. calculated asymmetry R=7F2/7F1∼1.2 suggest high degree crystallinity samples.
