摘要: Myofibril disintegration in rat skeletal muscle fibers denervated at early stages of development is accompanied by increase number and size lysosomes with concomitant hypertrophy the Golgi apparatus. Dense bodies, cuplike multivesicular digestive vacuoles containing amorphous material are especially conspicuous cells. Autophagic recognizable cytoplasmic components also seen, but intact myofilaments never found segregated within autophagic vacuoles. Acid phosphatase aryl sulfatase activities present, though not consistently, different lysosomal structures. Diffuse reaction product observed preparations incubated for acid hydrolase activity. The findings suggest that myofibril course denervation atrophy muscles does result from activation, presumably initiated extralysosomal mechanisms. On other hand, it appears possible accumulation degradation products arising breakdown myofibrils ground cytoplasm may stimulate lysosome formation induce processes.
