摘要: The ultrastructure of striated muscles phocomelic and amelic legs in a 12-day-old chick embryo was studied. These malformations were induced by applying citral on the third day gestation into suprablastoderme space. Myofibrilogenesis severely disturbed, sarcomers irregular length, width configuration. Myofilaments dispersed at multidirectional fashion Z-lines irregularly thickened. findings support assumption that interfers with myofibrilogenesis during early period.
