摘要: Indolent CD8+ cutaneous lymphoid proliferation represents a recently described entity among T-cell lymphomas that typically presents with solitary skin lesions on the face or at acral sites and usually follows an indolent clinical course. Histopathologically, this is characterized by dense dermal infiltrate of non-epidermotropic, small- to medium-sized pleomorphic T-cells non-activated cytotoxic phenotype showing clear-cut grenz zone low index. Distinction from otherwise aggressive bearing fundamental. We herein present unusual case presenting in bilateral symmetrical distribution both feet lacking zone. Our widens spectrum possible histomorphological variations entity. Taking into account distinctive unique microscopic features all hitherto published cases we suppose lymphoma subtype has be included as new distinct World Health Organisation (WHO)-/European for Research Treatment Cancer (EORTC)-classification lymphomas.
