摘要: The authors criticize the concept of "neurogenic pulmonary edema" as resulting from an increase in capillary permeability mediated by nerve impulses to those vessels. They show that one methods used produce markedly elevates systemic and vascular pressures, latter levels high enough edema. Vagotomy and/or upper thoracic sympathectomy do not prevent elevation pressures. Blockade sympathetic innervation bed lowers pressures brings back normal. control is demonstrated.
