摘要: UNLABELLED Patients with septic shock may develop refractory hypotension despite maximal inotropic support impairment of clinical outcome. Terlipressin, a long-acting vasopressin analogue, is reported to be effective as rescue treatment in adult and paediatric patients, while experience neonates definitely scarce. We report neonate systemic inflammatory response syndrome after surgery for abdominal neuroblastoma who received terlipressin failure volume load catecholamines. Terlipressin promptly reversed improved tissue perfusion without adverse effects. CONCLUSION appears an patients vasodilatory shock. Further studies are required assess its efficacy safety neonatal population.
