摘要: Abstract A convenient synthesis of a bifunctional derivative the ligand NOTA is described. The offers advantages over current literature methods for making similar molecules by starting with easily prepared ortho-amide 1,4,7-triazacyclanonane which can be sequentially alkylated to provide in 9% yield overall. replacement preparative HPLC simple ion-exchange chromatography provides analytically pure suitable clinical applications.
