摘要: A multi-view video encoding apparatus and a method thereof are provided. The includes: input unit which receives video; an I frame location determination determines of is basis for the according to characteristics frames at predetermined time; encodes based on determined frame. When used, frame, compression-encoding video, can be adaptively not fixed, thereby enhancing prediction efficiency compression rates.
