摘要: There are many mode decisions in the video coding process that used to optimize performance terms of bit rate, speed and quality decoded video. We describe a classification based scheme for making process. then illustrate using I/P frame selection as an example. The our is measured both rate computation complexity, across different kinds sequences, results very encouraging.
