摘要: A method for making a semiconductor device is disclosed which comprises the step of applying functional layer on substrate, characterised in that said substrate laminate support and glass layer, having thickness less than 700 µm. The preferably plastic foil. has combined benefits low weight high strength therefore suitable flat panel displays such as liquid crystal displays, plasma field emission or organic light-emitting polymer displays. Preferred examples are e.g. electroconductive layers, orientation colour filters, electroluminescent passivation layers phosphor layers.
