摘要: Adolescent obesity is a major health problem. The need for effective adolescent weight management programs of high clinical and public relevance. This study evaluates the effectiveness an e-therapeutic platform (Next.Step), aiming to promote skills adoption health-promoting lifestyles. nonrandomized trial with control group uses sample 94 adolescents who attended paediatric clinic. experimental was invited access Next.Step during 24 weeks, in addition standard treatment program. followed protocol joined waiting list. Overall, outcomes program were not substantially better than those obtained traditional kind intervention despite being associated improved responsibility score (d = 0.51; p 0.014).
