摘要: Human peripheral blood monocyte binding of homologous IgG has been studied using monomer and covalently cross-linked dimer trimer. A competitive radioassay enriched monocytes was employed to determine the association constant (Ka) number receptor sites per cell. Monomer bound with very similar Ka values (7.15 X 10(7) 7.14 10(7)LM-1) whereas a slightly higher figure obtained trimer (8.9 10(7)LM-1). The for (90.5 107.5 10(3)/cell, respectively) were much greater than (14.5 10(3)/cell). Inhibition by gave heterogenous Scatchard plots, each two components.
