摘要: The binding of 125I-labelled anti-bovine serum albumin (BSA)-BSA immune complexes (IC), giving a final molar antibody to antigen ratio 1:1, monocytes isolated from 18 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 10 normal healthy donors was quantitatively investigated. degradation the bound IC by same kinetically determined at time. assays were performed on monocyte monolayers. Scatchard plots 4 degrees C demonstrated that active SLE expressed mean Fc gamma receptor (FcR) number 22% higher than controls, although this did not reach statistical significance. FcR rate anti-BSA-BSA cells showed positive correlation. At time, digestion disease prolonged, despite their enhanced FcR-ligand binding. dissociation FcR-mediated suggests is controlled altered biochemical mechanisms in patients.
