摘要: Heijunka is a key-element of the Toyota production system which levels release kanbans in order to achieve an even flow over all possible types products, thus, e.g. reducing bullwhip effect. In this paper we analyze kanban controlled and heijunka leveled where arriving demands are limited by loop. The modeled as queueing network with synchronization stations. aim determine optimal number kanbans, thus buffer size that guarantees given service level.
