摘要: In spite of recent improvements in IVF, pregnancy rates remained dramatically low. Better criteria are therefore necessary to establish the viability a transferable top quality embryo. Observation both pronuclei patterns at zygote stage and early cleavage appears offer an additional prognostic tool, correlating with chromosomal status IVF outcome. Developmental ability morphological evaluation embryo on days 2-3 remains most used valid method selection, even though it is not sufficient select embryos higher implantation potential. Blastocyst culture another possible strategy for selecting ideal theoretical, reduced risk aneuploidies, all major aberrations excluded by prolonged in-vitro-culture. Concerning micro-manipulation such as hatching or cleaning cytoplasm transfer, only controversial data still available. field ART, meta-analysis could conclude positive effect concerning hatching, blastocyst systematic PGD-AS (preimplantation genetic diagnosis aneuploidy screening). Beside technological aspect, Quality Management System great importance. Staff development monitoring staff performance laboratory has be considered next future.
