摘要: The process of DNA replication is highly regulated, but at the same time very dynamic. Once S-phase initiated and elongation occurring, cells are committed to complete in order ensure genome stability survival. Many pathways exist resolve situations where normal replisome progression not possible. It becoming more evident that post-translational modifications components play a key role regulating these which fork progression. Here we review known progressing how thought affect unperturbed perturbed S-phases.
