摘要: Aim The relationships between clinical events and acetylsalicylic acid resistance (AR), as well its frequency, have been established in stable patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Although acute syndrome (ACS) taking accepted a high-risk population, the role of AR has not investigated these patient groups. Thus, present study, impact was ACS who were acid. Methods Between January 2001 February 2003, 140 included prospective study. All had while Coronary angiographic scores for severity extent CAD determined all patients. effect on platelet function assessed by analyzer PFA-100 (Dade Behring, USA). primary end point composite death, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident revascularization. mean follow-up period 20 months. Results Patients older than without (63.8±10.8 years versus 58.3±11.2 years; P=0.005). Moreover, damage higher according to cardiac troponin T values (1.11±1.3μg/L 0.41±0.5μg/L; P=0.01). or revascularization 16 45 (35%) 13 79 (16%) (hazard ratio 2.46, 95% CI 1.18 5.13; P=0.016). After adjustment age, count, value score, remained an independent predictor long-term adverse 3.03, 1.06 8.62; P=0.038). Conclusions event rate found be those AR. it may concluded that there is strong correlation worse prognosis
