摘要: Electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming a key feature of smart grids. EVs will be embedded in the grids as mobile load-storage with probabilistic behavior. In order to manage flexible loads, charging stations (CSs) have essential roles. this paper, new method for optimal sitting and sizing solar CSs using energy storage (ES) options is presented. Also, behavior presence other electricity price power generation uncertainties considered. The proposed optimization model maximizes distribution company (DisCo) benefit by appropriate use CSs, owners minimizes loss, load demand voltage sags during peak times considering different technical constraints. variables location capacity units systems. charge-discharge process considered based on time-of-use (TOU) response programs (DRPs). solve problem uncertainty growth, price, initial state charge batteries generation, genetic algorithm Monte-Carlo simulation used. results show that has advantages DisCo CSs.
