摘要: Dialyzable transfer factor (dTF) was fractionated on Sephadex G-10 and G-25 fine columns, biological activity found in 3 fractions. One of these, designated VIa, having a tendency to adsorb the gel, shown have therapeutic effect certain immunological diseases. Analysis this fraction thin-layer gas chromatography with infrared mass spectroscopy indicated that about half composed uracil; additional unidentified heterocyclic aromatic substances were present fraction. Adjacent V contained tyrosine small polyribonucleotide, VII hypoxanthine components. Our results suggest dTF is not mediated through an immunologically specific informational molecule, but rather based non-specific stimulation expression immune response.
