摘要: Chest radiographs and high-resolution chest CT scans were performed in a 30-year-old man with history of intravenous drug abuse diffuse micronodular infiltrates. Transbronchial biopsy gave diagnosis cellulose granulomatosis the lung. Cellulose should be considered differential pulmonary interstitial disease, especially setting abuse.
