摘要: Abstract Six new chiral packing materials for high performance liquid chromatography have been prepared from selectors consisting of 4- or 2-chloro-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid, l -alanine and different π-donor aromatic units. Comparative tests these newly CSPs on separation efficiency 13 racemic dihydropyrimidonic (DHPM) analytes revealed the strong contribution π-acceptor branching unit, as well important influence structure terminal unit. The role group is primarily to increase rigidity selector structure. Comparisons data that bound silica gel could be preorganized during process recognition, resulting in similar enantioseparation properties DHPM both types CSPs. However, some other compounds, such amino alcohol β-agonists, exhibit very enantioseparations.
