The involved sites scalp/face, sinonasal tract/anterior skull base parotid/neck. management sarcomas primarily surgical. Since it difficult to obtain wide margins during surgical treatment sarcomas, because anatomic constraints, patients undergo post-operative irradiation. Survival varies from 50 80%. Prognostic factors grade, margin status size. With further insight into sarcoma, modern imaging techniques new options, we will certainly be able improve outcome with upcoming years.
