摘要: The role of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in the pathogenesis and therapy osteoporosis has drawn increasing attention in recent years. In development osteoporosis, it been demonstrated that many changes occurred behavior BMSCs. For example, biological system FasL pathways mediated differentiation ERK GSK-3β-catenin pathway was damaged. Here we found 0.35 mg/L Licochalcone A (L-A) had a strong effect osteogenic mineralization BMSCs both vivo vitro by up-regulating further playing regulating systems. It also administration L-A could restore function damaged recovering or protecting mass disease state through activating endosteal formation partially inhibiting resorption acute estrogen deficiency model. Results our study suggested careful titration MSC response to up-regulated mediating systems under vivo, impaired function, is one ways relieve treatment osteoporosis.
