摘要: Abstract One of the consequences rapid urbanization and a growing population is an increasing amount municipal solid waste. Cities around world have been facing same global waste management dilemma. The has created needs for effective system that provides reliable service, as current systems in place are failing to respond demand. From service perspective, environmental public service. Applying appropriate technology considered potential solution increase performance. Therefore, this paper, technological challenges studied way alleviate impacts ineffective services. success factors overcome gaps which can be occurred along chain identified on basis concept. Bangkok selected urban city developing country experiencing problems caused by research methods used obtaining analyzing data include questionnaire surveys, interviews, literature reviews. In addition with collection transportation services, key factor contributing lack participation from local residents. ways effectiveness services proposed, identified, implications these discussed.
