摘要: The partial molal volumes (φ v ° ) and adiabatic compressibilities ks of glycine DL-alanine have been obtained in water aqueous solutions 0.5, 1.0 1.5 mol kg -1 sodium sulfate at 288.15, 298.15 308.15 K from measurements density ultrasonic velocity. Their variations with temperature their transfer properties to also obtained. results interpreted terms the hydration hydrophobic hydrophilic parts amino acids. φ ° or values acids were regressed a general equation ° =a+bm+cm 2 +(T-298.15)(d+em+fm 2 ), where m is concentration (01.5 -1 ) T (288.15–308.15 K). calculated equations are good agreement those experimentally maximum standard deviation 0.18 cm 3 mol for 10 -4 bar ° .
