摘要: A new method for finding a reference point in fingerprints is presented this paper. The proposed study based on the IPAN99 algorithm used to detect high curvature points contour of graphical object. This was modified friction ridges order allow locating fingerprint. requires that being analysed should have thickness one pixel, so each fingerprint properly prepared before starting an analysis with use algorithm. In assess efficiency method, distances between coordinates determined and those indicated by expert were compared. compared other algorithms determination points.
