摘要: Abstract This paper presents a preliminary investigation of the optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) alkali fluoroperovskite single crystals for radiation dosimetry. The perovskite-like KMgF 3 , NaMgF and LiBaF polycrystalline compounds doped with rare earths (Eu 2+ Ce 3+ ) were synthesized by standard solid state reaction technique. Phase purity was analyzed powder X-ray diffraction Single these have been grown from melt using vertical Bridgman-Stockbarger method. Linearly Modulated OSL Continuous Wave measurements performed in fluorides blue light stimulation. Thermal bleaching experiments shown that signals originate traps which are unstable near 200 °C, thus proving suitability dosimetric purposes. Optical also fluoride samples. dose response studied as function found to increase beta dose.
