Factores de risco psicosociais e sócio-cognitivos para o virus da imunodeficiência humana/síndrome da imunodeficiência adquirida (VIH/Sida) na mulher africana

摘要: Resumo O virus da imunodeficiencia humana/sindrome adquirida (VIH/Sida) e uma das principais ameacas a vida humana, sendo que vulnerabilidade mulher incontestavel, principalmente em contextos desfavorecidos. Na Africa subsaariana as mulheres sao mais afetadas pelo VIH/Sida, numa proporcao de infecao 4 vezes maior do nos homens. Assim, necessario aumentar o conhecimento dos fatores psicossociais sociocognitivos ligados ao genero, cultura biologia colocam risco para VIH/Sida. A literatura sugere como vitimizacao, caracteristicas relacao, problemas saude mental, historia carcere prostituicao, nivel conhecimentos sobre doenca, crencas competencias relacionadas com pratica sexo seguro, autoeficacia exercem influencia os comportamentos sexuais VIH. compreensao analise destes essenciais no planeamento estrategias interventivas realistas. presente artigo apresenta revisao acerca vulnerabilizam particularmente africana. Sao tambem levantadas questoes investigacao decorrem neste dominio.
