[Emergency care for women following sexual assault: characteristics of women and six-month post-aggression follow-up].

摘要: Avaliou-se o processo e os resultados do tratamento a mulheres vitimas de violencia sexual em Hospital Universitario. Estudo prospectivo para avaliar atendimento emergencia seguimento ambulatorial por seis meses 166 mulheres, pos-puberes, atendidas no Centro Atencao Integral Saude da Mulher Universidade Estadual Campinas, entre outubro 1999 fevereiro 2002. Metade era menor vinte anos, duas nao eram alfabetizadas, 70,0% solteiras, 20,0% usavam anticoncepcionais, 80,1% foram ate 24 horas pos-agressao. Os agressores desconhecidos 80,0% dos casos 95,0% tiveram relacao vaginal. Anticoncepcao foi administrada 76,0% das antibioticos 98,0%, imunoglobulina hepatite B anti-retrovirais 90,0%. Retornaram aos 14 dias 137 37,0% retornaram 45 29,0% completaram seguimento. Foi diagnosticado HPV 2,6%, doenca inflamatoria pelvica tricomoniase 2,1%, sifilis 1,3%, alem tres gestacoes 127 que receberam anticoncepcao (2,6%). Nao houve infeccao pelo HIV. O eficiente reduzir numero indesejadas DST.
