摘要: A new single-chip temperature transducer which produces an output signal on a Fahrenheit, Celsius, or arbitrary scale has been designed, manufactured, and tested. This device, operates with the intrinsic bandgap voltage as reference, can be easily calibrated at ambient temperatures. High accuracy excellent long-term stability is achieved simple bipolar circuits.
