摘要: In the current study, antioxidant activities of aerial parts and roots Tragopogon longirostris Bisch. ex Sch. Bip. var. T. pratensis subsp. orientalis L. were evaluated. Antioxidant activity aqueous methanol extracts investigated by DPPH scavenging superoxide anion assays. Total phenolic flavonoid contents calculated using Folin-Ciocalteu aluminum chloride colorimetric methods determined ranging from 63.45dO.25 to 68.92+0.42 mg/g caffeic acid 4+1 210+9 quercetin respectively.
