摘要: Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Scorzonera species are mainly used against inflammation and to relieve pain in Turkish traditional medicine. Therefore, we aimed assess vivo anti-inflammatory antinociceptive activities of the aerial part root extracts acuminata, cana var. alpina, jacquiniana, radicosa, cinerea, eriophora, incisa, laciniata ssp. laciniata, parviflora sublanata. Materials methods For activity evaluation carrageenan, PGE2 serotonin-induced hind paw edema 12-O-tetradecanoyl-13-acetate (TPA)-induced mouse ear models were used. p-Benzoquinone-induced abdominal constriction test was employed mice for assessment activity. Furthermore chemical composition tested investigated qualitatively quantitatively by using RP-HPLC method. Some phenolic acids flavonoids as standards. Results Extracts prepared from parts incisa showed significant inhibitory effect on carrageenan PGE2-induced model well p-benzoquinone-induced test. The did not show any remarkable TPA-induced models. Chlorogenic acid detected major compounds all investigated. Additionally, among flavonoids, luteolin-7-glucoside, hyperoside rutin found be different amounts species. Conclusion experimental data revealed that possess It has been suggested chlorogenic partly responsible mentioned
