摘要: Although it is largely unknown how diet might modulate rheumatoid arthritis (RA), dietary interventions, including so-called "low-carbohydrate" diets, may be considered for RA patients because of the high incidence cardiovascular comorbidity. However, has been shown that restriction or skewed intake particular nutrient alter components intestinal flora. Changes to gut microbiota dysbiosis relevant pathogenesis reported regulate T cell phenotype and cell-mediated immunity. should advised a balanced includes appropriate amounts carbohydrate, especially fiber, important maintaining symbiosis flora, which could beneficial preventing autoimmunity. The review attempts focus current findings regarding suggested relationship between diet-derived microbiota, RA.
