摘要: We have established a monoclonal hybridoma clone that produces IgG1 against the cytochrome b558 of human neutrophils. The antibody 7D5, secreted by hybridoma, bound to solubilized b neutrophils but not other proteins such as hemoglobin, myeloperoxidase, and pig P-450. Immunocytochemical studies normal peripheral blood showed 7D5 monocytes lymphocytes or erythrocytes. male patients female patient with chronic granulomatous disease lacked antigen well absorption spectrum for b558. A mosaic antigen-positive -negative was observed in mothers patients. These biochemical immunocytochemical results indicate is specific phagocytes.
