摘要: Forty-eight pigs (barrows:gilts, 1:1) with an average initial weight of 9.4 kg were used in a 2 x factorial experiment to determine the influence dietary phytase (0 or 1,500 units/kg) and zinc 100 mg/kg) supplementation corn-soybean meal diet on utilization P, Ca, Cu, Mg, Mn, Zn. After 21-d growth experiment, feed was withheld for 24 h blood collected from anterior vena cava all plasma mineral analyses. Twenty-four barrows then placed metabolism cages 8-d balance study. All maintained their previous diet. Growth rate fastest (P .05) by treatment. Plasma P when supplemented mg Zn/kg. Apparent Cu improved < addition; however, reduced Zn supplementation. Zinc increased supplemental These results indicate that growth-promoting effect may be due overall increase availability minerals.
