摘要: An improved method for detecting, measuring, and distinguishing crop residue, live vegetation, mineral soil. By measuring fluorescence in multiple bands, dead vegetation are distinguished. The surface of the ground is illuminated with ultraviolet radiation, inducing certain molecules. emitted fluorescent emission induced by radiation measured means a detector, consisting photodetector or video camera filters. spectral content characterized at each point sampled, proportion sampled area covered residue calculated.
