摘要: The effects of acute exercise on the mRNA content selected genes were examined during control conditions and after oral intake antioxidants. In addition, to provide evidence for formation reactive oxygen species (ROS) in human skeletal muscle exercise, cytochrome c reduction was measured microdialysate from muscle. For study antioxidants content, seven healthy, habitually active, male subjects participated a double-blinded experimental design which they, one occasion, received placebo and, another, mixture containing 1500 mg vitamin C, 120 coenzyme Q, 345 alpha-tocopherol every day 7 days before experiment. On cycled 90 min biopsies taken preexercise at 1, 3, 5 h exercise. Exercise induced an increase eNOS, UCP3, PGC-1alpha, VEGF, Hsp72, HO-1 (p < 0.001), whereas there no change Hsc70 level. Prior antioxidant treatment further enhanced 0.05) eNOS UCP3 Moreover, overall level tended = 0.07) be higher treatment. another group healthy subjects, determined thigh rest knee extensor determine ROS formation. There significant with both 14 ( approximately 25%) 30 W 50%). data show that are formed within can enhance exercise-induced adaptive responses UCP3.
