摘要: Poikiloderma of Civatte (PC) is a common acquired poikiloderma the face and neck. It runs chronic, benign course, producing only cosmetic disfigurement. PC most often affects middle-aged individuals lighter skin phototypes, especially perimenopausal females. The etiopathogenesis appears to be multifactorial. Genetic factors, cumulative sun exposure, low estrogen levels menopause contact sensitization, mainly perfumes, have all been implicated. presents with pink brownish reticular patches symmetrically distributed over V, sides neck upper chest, invariably sparing anatomically shaded areas. Based on predominating clinical feature, has classified into erythemato-telangiectatic, pigmented mixed type. histologic picture characteristic, but not pathognomonic.
