摘要: Abstract A possible source of biological material for the production biodiesel is represented by microalgae, in particular their lipid content. The aim present work was to study effects temperature and nitrogen concentration on content Nannochloropsis oculata Chlorella vulgaris view utilization as novel raw materials production. In addition, various extraction methods were investigated. extracted lipids quantitatively qualitatively analyzed gravimetric gas chromatographic methods, respectively, order check suitability according European standards biodiesel. microalgae strongly influenced variation tested parameters; indeed, an increase from 20 25 °C practically doubled N. (from 7.90 14.92%), while 25 30 °C brought about a decrease C. 14.71 5.90%. On other hand, 75% medium, with respect optimal values growth, increased fractions 15.31% 5.90 16.41%, respectively.
