摘要: The present studies have examined the effects of mitogens on induction early response gene expression in normal peripheral blood T and Jurkat cells. Pokeweed mitogen (PWM) or anti-CD3 significantly increases c-jun messenger RNA (mRNA) levels This transient PWM-related increase transcripts is maximal after 15 to 30 minutes exposure cells PWM. PWM induces a concentration-dependent manner. Moreover, similarly other genes coding for leucine zipper transcription factors, ie, jun-B c-fos. Nuclear run assays demonstrate that treatment associated with an increased rate transcription. Transient promoter fragments linked chloramphenicol acetyltransferase suggest PWM-induced mediated by AP-1 factor complex. actinomycin D block further before their culture suggests also regulated at least part posttranscriptional mechanism.
