摘要: Tumor associated inflammatory cell infiltration plays an important role in the biological behavior of cancer as one carcinoma-stromal interactions. In this study, we characterized on esophageal squamous carcinoma (SqCC) and correlated findings with various clinicopathological factors, including clinical outcome patients, order to study its significance. We examined 35 cases surgically resected early SqCC or invasion limited submucosal layer. evaluated abundance CD4+ T-cell, CD8+ B-cell, plasma cell, CD68+ macrophage, neutrophil eosinophil stroma adjacent tumor these factors. The without LN metastasis had a significantly larger number eosinophils than those metastasis. Primary lesions tended demonstrate more macrophage metastasis, but difference did not reach statistical addition, 50 macrophages per 10 high power field primary lesion demonstrated smaller incidence less field. Thus tissue eosinophila, also known TATE, is considered be involved behaviour SqCC, especially their metastatic potential.
