摘要: We conducted a literature search to review studies that presented quantitative data on sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening in non-traditional settings the United States. examined for evidence of feasibility screening, population size reached, acceptability, yield, and potential contributing STD control. found 17 jails, eight emergency room, five schools 15 other community settings. Jail-based room-based screenings have highest yields largest numbers screened thus hold significant promise as routine screening. More research needs be done school better identify their potential.
