摘要: Cr (VI), the pathogenicity factor, is widely known to cause toxic effects in living organisms. Given economic importance of mantis shrimp (Oratosquilla oratoria), understanding impacts by (VI) considered important. In this study, transcriptome was characterized a comparison between control and (VI)-treated samples using RNA-seq approach. Totally, 88 234 826 bp 13.24G clean reads were obtained. The total length number unigenes 68 411 206 100 918, respectively. maximal average 24 906 678 bp, respectively (N50, 798 bp). 7115 these accounted for 7.05% that annotated all databases. After annotation assembled unigenes, 35 619 them assigned into 3 functional categories 56 subcategories Gene Ontology; 18 580 26 Clusters Orthologous Groups proteins; 16 864 5 major categor...
