摘要: Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) primarily involves patients receiving intravenous bisphosphonates for treatment skeletal-related malignancies, oral bisphosphonates, and denosumab. There is no consensus regarding clinical management MRONJ. Successful may be that which results in a cure, with complete mucosal coverage elimination disease, or improves quality life without cure (palliation). Helping to understand chronicity potential progression disease essential satisfactory outcome. This review aims share our approach Treatment can divided into medical surgical therapies.
