摘要: The word ‘compliance’ comes from the Latin complire, meaning to fill up and hence complete an action, transaction, or process fulfil a promise. In Oxford English Dictionary, relevant definition is ‘The acting in accordance with, yielding desire, request, condition, direction, etc.; consenting act conformity with; acceding to; practical assent”. Compliance with therapy simply patients understanding of medication, motivation toward having this medication prescribed manner belief that prescriber medicine will be beneficial for his well-being. Although often case, number situations, physician pharmacist have not provided patient adequate instructions presented such understands them. Nothing should taken granted regarding patient’s how use appropriate steps must provide information counseling necessary their medications as effectively safely possible. 20% 30% new prescriptions are never filled at pharmacy.
