摘要: The invention relates to a method for detecting the dissolution curve of simvastatin tablet. comprises following steps: (1) preparing medium: medium at temperature 40 DEG C or less by using Tween-80 as medium; 2) taking reference substance, and substance solution; (3) samplesolution dissolvability detection technology; (4) quantity high performance liquid chromatography, wherein sample introduction chamber is 4-5 C; (5) repeating step twice more; (6) evaluating: calculating similarity factor f2 technology, comparing betweenthe generic preparation f2. scientific, durable reproducible, can be usedfor evaluating quality consistency evaluation drug an original drug, also provide guarantee inter-batch drug.
