摘要: Raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides) is an economically important animal used for fur production, but consuming its meat injurious to human health. Currently, no rapid and sensitive method detecting raccoon in mixtures available. In this study, we developed easily applicable, rapid, feasible identifying the presence of based on loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). Four sets LAMP primers were tested at different temperatures, that worked best 62°C (set 2) determined. assay, there was cross-reactivity with procured from other species animals detection limit DNA concentration 0.1 pg·μL−1, slightly higher than TaqMan real-time PCR (0.01 pg·μL−1), sensitivity 0.1 pg·μL−1 complies most requirements routine analysis. Moreover, by method, containing more 0.5% component directly detected (without extraction) supernatant isolated after performing repeated cycles thawing freezing minced mixtures. Our results show assay a valuable, straightforward, tool identification
