摘要: Because weapon systems are perceived as crucial in determining the outcome of a war, selecting is critical task for nations. Just with other forms decision analysis involving multiple criteria, system poses complex, unstructured problems huge number points that must be considered. Some defense analysts have committed themselves to developing efficient methodologies solve selection Republic Korea's (ROK) Armed Forces. In present study, we propose hybrid approach combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and principal component (PCA) determine weights assign factors go into these decisions. These inputted goal programming (GP) model best alternative among systems. The proposed AHP, PCA GP components offsets shortcomings posed by obscurity arbitrariness AHP therefore can provide makers more reasonable realistic criteria than alone. A case study on air force demonstrates usefulness effectiveness AHP-PCA-GP approach.
