摘要: This study investigated the anti-hepatoma activity of different extracts from A. squamosa pericarps, phytochemistry ethyl acetate (EtOAc) fraction and possible mechanism active constituents. The pericarps were evaluated by MTT assay against SMMC-7721 cells in vitro verified using H22 xenografts bearing mice. Phytochemical investigation pericarp extract was carried out. pro-apoptosis cycle arrest effects constituents observed fluorescent microscope flow cytometry. Western blot conducted to find mechanisms result showed that EtOAc fraction. Two ent-kaurane diterpenoids, named ent-kauran-16-en-19-oic acid ent-kauran-15-en-19-oic acid, isolated G1 phase these diterpenoids found. could activate caspase-3,-8,-9, up-regulate Bax down-regulate Bcl-2.
